Costco Wholesale

The customer service is horrible, I came to return something that broke and the employees were very not nice. Then they decided not to return the item even though I called Costco CS before and they said they would happily process the return. At this branch they said they don't care what CS says (even though I offered to call again right there and put it on speaker) because they said its up to their discretion (never saw that in the terms and conditions) and they decided it was too big of a loss, even though it was a defective item and I showed it to them.

The manager at the time was a Very uneducated guy, he said "50 times 20 is 5,000. when I told him its 1,000, he had to take out his calculator!!! And he was the manager at the time, can u imagine the regular employees!!!

This is the worst Costco in the country, they should have a different name for this one because its not Costco customer service in any way. They are rude and disrespectful here.

It is the one two floored Costco I have ever been. The lower level has electronic items, kitchenwares, health and beauty items, mobile center. You need to take the escalator to the upper level and the staff will help you to put your cart on the escalator. The upper level has grocery items, clothes, and books.

It usually takes me about 10 - 15 mins to check out depending on the day and time. Good customer service is a plus.

Very pleased with this Costco. The downstairs are electronics and other material goods, the upstairs is the grocery store. Very well planned, if you ask me, as they design it so that you are forced to walk through items you otherwise wouldn't have bought.

Good service, good checkout, a lot of parking. So glad it is in Brooklyn.

The Costco is definitely not as good as the one on Long Island but then on LI there is a more diverse demographic and higher traffic of customers Items tend to sell out unusually fast especially around the holidays. I still think its better to have any costco then no costco in brooklyn.

I would rate the service a 9 out of a 10. I find the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I read a review about returning merchandise the reviewer wrote the staff were rude and asked many questions.. I have treturned but a few times in the 15 years I've been shopping there and never did I feel uncomfortable about it. They were always courteous and professional! What I do feel is many of the shoppers there are rude and inconsiderate ! They are only out for themselves they don't care how they treat the customers around them. I had my car scratched and dented in the parking lot. Because some imbecile walked between two cars ,one of them being mine with their cart. I guess some of staff are tierd of being treated in a hostile manner!
