I needed to review this guy and his business because I want to give a warning to people trying to do taxes with him. I wanted to tell everybody my experience; I did my taxes with Pablo Flores last year – basically because the guy whom used to do my taxes past away. I though because he is being doing taxes for a while, was good; I decided to give him a chance. Starting with his secretary – horrible manners, horrible customer services skills, this woman basically is the one filling out the paperwork – with no education on taxes, did not know how to put expenses in the right place in the form, very rude and very unprofessional and unethical. This woman looks like it is the one running the place, we had a question about our expenses in our house and she instead of giving us solutions, gave us a bad attitude and told us there was no “box” in the form for damages in the house and that we could not claim that. She did not wanted to help us and when we complained and told her we wanted to talk with the supposed “expert” (Pablo Flores) she called him like he was the one working for her and told him, we were being annoying and that he better sit with us because she could not answer any more questions!!! Not only this, he, as the owner, allowed her to be rude with his customers. After this, we sat with him and he was annoyed too. They had our information and he end up doing it, but we were very unsecure about his skills and his supposed certifications. This year, luckily for us, we found a great accountant – when we sat with him, he showed us all the mistakes Pablo Flores had put in to our taxes from last year – all the money he did not claim for us and all the missing and wrong information he put in our taxes from last year!!! This is a very bad place to get your taxes done. I regret going to this office last year and now, I am very afraid of any identity theft from them (specially his secretary) as they have all our information!
