My wife and I both purchased a pair of Costas because my parents have owned them for years and love them. We purchased them on the way home from a vacation, and shortly after arriving home, we noticed my wife's pair had spotting on the lenses. After paying 10 dollars for shipping and 12 for processing, we sent them to the costa repair shop. They told us that the lenses were damaged, not defective, and it would be $69 to replace the lenses, plus another 9 to ship them back. I told them that we had the glasses for less than a day before sending them out, and they told me that we need to contact the store we purchased the glasses from and take it up with them. They refused to help, even though the store is 300 miles from my house. I am $220 in the hole on these glasses, and have a choice to either cut my losses or spend another 80 just to get the glasses that should have cost 200. I will never buy another pair. I bought these mostly because I wanted the "Lifetime Warranty". What a joke!
