The food was Good

The place is nice and the waiters are friendly I just don't like the food in general I don't see the difference between Panera Bread

First time here, walked in as only one of three customer. Completely ignored until I asked where I ordered and from the counter was showed. Then, at the counter an insolent young woman took my order. Here on business so when the receipt rolled out of the machine, I wasn't sure if I needed to sign as there was a place for a signature, but the woman behind the counter ran off with the receipt on the machine. Finally just took what looked like mine and sat down. Finally a ver nice guy brought my food with a nice apology for the wait. The food was marginal at best. I ordered the mushroom bowl, which had one really small mushroom with some kind of rubbery cheese on top and a bunch of mixed rice and a so so piece of what appeared to be their signature flat bread. Overall pretty meh....

It was raining and the place was dead so that might bias my perception that the service was instantaneous. But all said it was a good experience.

This place has the standard Cosi offerings. However, the line could get out of control during peak hours, and winds throughout the entire (not-so-big) store. Service was at a medium pace, and not as fast as you would hope, given the long lines. However, there is the park area with benches in the plaza area to sit and enjoy your food in the sun.
