Great sandwiches and salads. Was quite empty when we were there.

Nice place to work (good wifi) and not usually too busy!

Well made cosi food, lots of seating.

Ordered meals at the same time and got partial. Paid almost $30 for 2 meals and friends paid $30 for 2 meals. We received 1 of the meals from each order. After waiting 20min for the remainder of the meals, we went to the counter to see why it is taking so long to make a salad!?! They asked for a receipt and proceeded to make the salad and remaining sandwich, no discount or provision was offered. This is my second time dining at this location and both experiences were miserable. Please improve your service or close this location!!! You are over priced for such discount service and a rip-off. If you are looking for a comparable meal, better service, free refills, and reasonable prices, try Panera Bread.

Ok i used to work here i think its the worst cosi location ever ... as a workers and customer i never seen managers and workers move so slow in my life ... i had to tell a lady for 25 mins to hold on bec they were so slow with making a soup all they do is talk and no work ... the bread is way to salty the sandwich arent the best ,,, people if u want great food and service just try another place .. also there very childish the offensive language is often being said by employees .. even the managers dont show no leadership towards there employees its just not a great place stay out people save your money. As a former employee just trying to look out for the people.. there tons of other spots for food around
