This has been the worst dining experience ever. I found pieces of plastic bags in the pizza. Plastic freaking bags. Do not eat her unless you want to get sick. We have filed a complaint with the Health Department. Disgusting.

I've been going to Cosi for lunch for years at least 2-3 times a week. I decided today to go to this one instead of the usual one in Larchmont. BIG mistake. I usually never write reviews but after knowing how wonderful the Larchmont Cosi people are to how terrible this location is, I felt I needed to say something. This might've been the worst I've ever been treated at a food place in my life.
I ordered a regular margarita pizza and ice coffee. My ice coffee came without much ice and warm, they had no sugar and the garbage next to the coffee area was overflowing with crumbs and garbage everywhere. I couldn't even find a place to put my cup down to mix it. Then I sat down and waited 35 mins for my pizza with my number up as usual. As im sitting, I see more and more people get up and ask where their meal is. I only had about 45 mins for lunch and my time was almost up so I went up and asked if my pizza was almost ready. One of the people behind the register said "it's not my department, you have to ask them" and pointed to the people making the food. So I went and asked them and she told me to wait a second. So I did. After 5 mins went by and the woman I asked had moved on to something else I asked again and got the same exact response. So I went back to the woman who I thought was a manager and simply asked to cancel my order because I have to go and don't have time to eat it and I've been waiting for almost 40 mins now. The woman could not be bothered, looked at my recipet, made an "ugh" sound and walked away. She came back a min or two later and literally tossed the box of pizza on the counter and walked away. She didn't utter one single word to me, let alone an apology. Every single person that worked there was so rude and lacked every bit of friendly costumer service. I walked out and sat in my car to scarf down my food only to realize it's the wrong order.
Don't waste your time here, drive 10 mins down Weaver St. to the Cosi in Larchmont. They are the nicest people and cleanest restaurant. The Quaker Ridge branch really should get someone from Larchmont over to shape things up. I'll never go back there.

Tasty sandwich melt that could have been hotter. Blonde fine, chips generic, iced tea in the meh-to-blah range.
Service was fine despite (surprising) 8pm surge of customers. Parking lot access is a little challenging he first time (beware the one way exits). Surprisingly pleasant outdoor tables despite being in a parking lot aside the road.

IT's one of our go-to places for tomato soup and usually yummy flat-bread pizza. Earning free drinks and meals makes it quite family friendly for those on a budget plus they are pretty good with food allergies so we eat with no worries. Their salads are usually good too especially their signature one - just ask them to not add the pistachios for nut allergies.

I particularly like the flat regular bread. The wholegrain, while I usually like, this just does not do it for me. I sometimes get an egg sandwich or chicken with mozzerella melted on it. The price is slightly higher than a fast food place but the food is also better. I think it's a very good value.
