Cosi

This place is deteriorating... Their equipment and decor hasn't been refreshed in years. When I was there, coffee machine was broken and things were worn out. Food a little dry and only a notch better than Subway style fast-food.

Smdh this place is a mess ive gone there many times and there's this one guy who takes really long seems like he does not know the register system not what they even carry i always get a chai latte. And I went in for an ices one and he actually said idk how to use the machines. Ive seen the girl make it all she does it pour the chai from a container over ice and adds milk. I don't understand how that's difficult. He went to get someone else and after they search and ive now been there five minutes they tell me they dont have any. Smdh last time they ran out someone grabbed the box where it originally came from and restocked it smdh they didn't even bother to take that step. Yea never again in done giving money for poor customer service I'll just buy it myself since ive seen the box I know exactly what to buy. Shameful

Abnormally slow Cosi

A fairly small shop in the bottom of the Goldman tower. Normal menu of sandwiches and paninis but basically no where to sit. Gets fairly busy during the lunch rush so get in early to beat the line. Staff is a bit slow and not very friendly.

Small Cosi that serves sandwiches and paninis to local professionals. Sall venue doesn't really have much place to sit and doesn't have that many options. Since this is a chain, it does have the basic items all other chains have. I do like their chai tea because they put a lot of spices in it, so go ahead and try it.
