Corporate van lines

This was the WORST moving experience I have ever encountered in my 10+ year career in the relocation industry. Items were lost and others damaged - including beyond repair damage. Yet the 'settlement' offered was for less than $100. My boxes were tampered with and crushed. The claim was submitted with proof of damages, proof of original purchase, proof of replacement for damaged items, as well as confirmation from the delivery staff of the damages yet full replacement cost was offered. it is now 5 months since the move and settlement is still not completed. The insurance on the load included with the contract is a joke! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If I could give negative stars I would

Talk about easy and stress free movement of your belongings, talk about Corporate Van Lines. Their services are rendered at cheaper rate compared to others, their team are well skilled and expert. They move things very carefully and meticulously. I give kudos to the job well done for their staffs, so much dedication.

Indeed, the movers went through extensive training, and have a deep knowledge and understanding of executing a successful move as written on their website. I observed this when they helped me move my things to a nearby town, the teamwork between there is unparalleled! I strongly recommend them

Never again will I use Corporate Van Lines. I don't care if they are the last company on earth. All they do is lie and give people the run around. First off, they quoted me one price on the phone after I gave them a full inventory of my belongings. When the movers they hired showed up to my house, 2 hours after the original time, they immediately tried to charge me double that price. I was also told that they are not an actually company, just brokers who hire outside companies to pick up your stuff and drive it to wherever you need it, so with that said I encountered 3 different companies dealing with them. It took 2 hours to negotiate a final binding contract price with them to make sure I would not be charged a penny more than stated over the phone. My stuff showed up later than the expected delivery date and when I called to inquire why, I was treated very rudely. The guy who delivered my stuff ( another vendor) stated that my contract was the first he had ever seen where they did not double the price when it reached the warehouse, which obviously means they have been doing that to people for a very long time. To make this experience even worse, my stuff was damaged and I can get no one to assist me with being compensated for my damaged items. They have even started forwarding my calls directly to voicemail. If I could rewind time, I would not even give this sham of a company a second look. They were so terrible! I'm sure that the other reviews are probably fake. Please people, be wary of these people.

Recently, my family learned that we needed to transfer our household across the country. I was extremely concerned, because I have many priceless antiques. It was suggested to me that I look into the services of Corporate Van Lines. I had heard good things in the community about them. I called Corporate and they sent out a young man who was very knowledgeable when it comes to moving. I explained the issue with my antiques, and he assured me that he totally understood my concerns. He explained how they prepare items like mine. The reality was that in the end, the move was successful. I would highly recommend utilizing Corporate Van Lines for long moves.
