Do not use corporate realty. The owner is terrible. Extremely unprofessional. I rented a horrible apartment from him, at the end of my lease, he pocketed half of my security deposit, saying that I left the apartment in shambles, which was a complete lie. When I called to discuss this, he proceeded to scream at me on the phone, swear repeatedly, hang up on me and let me know that "I can try to get my money back but there's really nothing I can do that will affect him" Definitely avoid this scumbag at all costs. There are plenty of other realtors to work with in Hoboken.
