I made a purchase yesterday and it was not the correct item. Today I went to return the item and the clerk said "no returns". As a new customer yesterday I was NOT TOLD this fact. Today, at a different register there was a sign BUT I was NOT at that register yesterday. In fine print on the receipt that you can't read without glasses it says "no returns". Wouldn't it be nice to tell customers this...especially when he knew I was a new customer!
I will never shop here and will tell friends this. Cornell...how about posting a large sign where ALL customers can see this. In this day and age most all stores accept returns and a customer will tend to shop there most often!!!
