Small packed shop with knowledge staffs eager to help you find what you need. Sorry to said that their parking lot is always busy.

This is the best hardware store. I guess if you're some kind of expert genius you don't need a store like this, where the employees really care about you finding what you need. I would trade 10 home depots for this store.

Called to ask a simple question about files meant for metal work. The guy that went to see if he had the files I was looking for took almost 5 minutes to come back to the phone. And when he came back to the phone the first thing he said was, " ok, so you're looking for a file right"? Duuuhhhh. I said; "yeah, I told you that over 5 min ago". Then by the time I got to my third question, one in which I asked him whether or not the files he had that I needed were cross hatched, he repeated what he said to me 2 seconds earlier, "we have many files in stock sir". At that point I knew he was getting an attitude so I ended the call. It's ok, I can just as easily go to Home Depot to spend my money.

Knocked off another item on the Honey do list. We decided to do it together. Fortunately only 2 visits to the hardware store where we got great advice. Oh yes and no blood was spilt. Dare we move on to the next item on the list?
