My first contact was with the Office Manager, Mary. I have to acknowledge that she was one of the main reasons I started using this practice. Her concern for my well being made me instantly feel comfortable and at ease. Upon meeting her, I was impressed with her knowledge of the financial and insurance aspect of the dental practice. Her overall knowledge was extremely impressive. Although dental care is expensive, Mary works with the patient to find the most affordable and convenient way to pay for your care.
The Hygienists, Kathy, Jen & Michelle are trained professionals, and made me feel secure in the knowledge that I was receiving the best care possible. Each lady is friendly, courteous and warm. The minute you walk into the office, you are greeted with a smile and there is never a long wait to be seen by the doctor.
Dr. Bruce is a talented, dedicated dentist and surgeon. He cares for the well being of his patients before and after any procedure. I have always felt comfortable and have never had a complaint about the wonderful care he has given me. If something doesn’t feel correct, or you are in the slightest discomfort, he handles it immediately. The word “professional” just doesn’t describe him well enough.
I cannot say enough about the care this practice gives to its clients. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for the best care they can find.
