AWFUL. Loud tones during phone conversations were commonplace, disconnected calls frequently,disconnected phone service frequently, lots of time wasted on the phone with COOPERATIVE COMMUNICATIONS , misled into a "GREAT" 5 YEAR CONTRACT and no alternative telephone system offered.
If u are interested in spending a lot of time of the phone with your phone company instead of your customers then they r the company for u.

DISASTER! Deceptive sales practices, unreliable phone system,unethical company. ...wouldnt be surprised if they end up in BANKRUPTCY AGAIN the way they operate.

AWFUL SOUND QUALITY, MULTIPLE PHONE OUTAGES,MISREPRESENTED THE QUALITY OF THEIR SERVICE,MISLEAD ON THE CONTRACT.
PROB A GOOD IDEA TO GOOGLE THEIR NAME + COMPLAINTS!
