This equipment is not NSF rated and cannot be used in Boston area. This was sold without us knowing and will not do anything about it.

Buyer beware, Cool Tech is manufacturing and selling equipment in Brooklyn. The prices may seem cheaper than competitors and many items are on eBay. The quality is very poor and the service is non-existent. We purchased a deli case, a low boy, stand up refrigerator and freezer less than two years ago. The construction and parts are all very cheap and poorly made. The warrantee is short and service is nonexistent. The company is extremely hard to deal with, we had damaged units delivered and it took over a year to resolve the damage claim. The units are so poorly made they do not hold temperature and are extremely energy inefficient. We have had each unit brake in less than two years for one part or another, with no help from the company. Remember each time you have a problem you potentially loose the product in the unit which is a costly problem. I recommend buying a unit from a reputable manufacturer, if it costs slightly more you will save that money in the long run in lost product and time.
