Cookies By Design

Horrible experience! I ordered two baskets of cookies to be delivered as a thank you.. One basket was delivered and after we realized that the other basket was not delivered, putting me in an awkward position to begin with, I called the store. I spoke to a woman, who could care less and said that the driver forgot about the other basket! She said that the driver would return, but at that point the people that the basket was for were no longer there! Awful customer service! Would never use again... It was a very expensive "Thank you!'

This is a really great gift to give. The cookie baskets taste as good as they look. It never fails to really impress the people I give them to.

I ordered a gift for a friend's birthday from the Englewood, NJ Cookies by Design location and paid for shipping so that it would arrive on the actual day of my friend's birthday. They only had to deliver it 1 town away from Englewood, but they didn't get it there before close of business. I called the store 3 different times throughout the day following up on the delivery to make sure it was going to arrive on time and I was assured it would be delivered before 5pm. It was not (which meant my friend didn't get the gift until the next day which ruined the birthday surprise & the extra $ I spent to guarantee that delivery date). I left a voice message for the store inquiring about a refund on the shipping as they did not deliver on time and never received a call back. Needless to say I will not order from this store again. Future customers should know that they do not deliver as scheduled before placing a time sensitive order.
