Lots of staff - a plus. Outdated lobby and hallways - a negative. Service entrance looks ill-kept and institutional. Pets a plus; roof deck a plus. Little gym a plus. Supposedly big reserve fund - a plus - if only they would use it to fix up lobby and hallways.
PS. hallway lighting way too bright - looks like a hospital not a residence!
