Be careful when using this business make sure you get everything in writing. We had purchased a forklift with the promise of a warranty. When we had an issue with our lift, with in the warranty period, they told us that because the warranty was not written on the work order they were not going to cover it. They quoted us $900 for the fix. We called another dealer in the area to check for service pricing, they came to the factory and fixed the forklift for a marginal price of less than $50 to tighten a loose wire. So $900 for a loose wire fix or $50. You make your own judgment call.
