Great experience when I had my watch's spring bar replaced which was $5. Then decided to have my other watch fixed and the experience was disappointing. The second watch I had sent to fix had a problem with the movement/hands. I ended up paying $15 just for that which seems ridiculous, $10 fine but, $15 not fine. The person who attended me said $5 for battery replacement, and I corrected the person who attended me, by telling them that I replaced the battery myself before I had it fixed. The receipt even stated as a dionostic that the watch had a battery replacement and it was something inside that was not working. As a result I got ripped off, never coming back, which is a disappointment becuase the owner seems like a great guy. $15!!! Shaking my head.
Beware future customers, I guess they assumed I didn't know much about the inner workings of a watch and as a car mechanic would do, decided to overcharge me. If anyone is willing to $15 to fix a watch that is not related to a sring bar or battery replacement then go for it. If you want any other watch service done, be cautious or go somewhere you can trust better. That one experience ruined mine so, I'll look for another place.
