Ive been going to this office since 2002. I love all the doctors here. They have all been nice, caring and professional. Dr. Zuniga delivered all 3 of my children but all the doctors played a great roll in keeping me health throughout my pregnancies. I will recommend this doctor's office to anyone.

I have been a patient at this practice, originally with Dr. Sakurai, for over 15 years. They are simply THE BEST doctors. Dr. Sadural, Dr. Surmeli have been named top doctors in New Jersey multiple times, no shock whatsoever. They take their time with each patient, answer all questions and are super friendly and caring. The staff is also wonderful.

Hands down the worst front desk staff I have ever experienced. I see Dr. Graf and she is fantastic, if I were rating her alone I'd give 5 stars. First of all, it is impossible to get ahold of anyone, I think that the staff purposely does not answer the phone so that they don't have to talk to anyone. I was transferred multiple times to the answering service during business hours. My appointment was also cancelled without notifying me, the staff said they had called, yet I had no messages or I would have called to reschedule. When I asked for a prescription to be called in due to a mistake but administrative staff, it was not called in and then by the time I called back, the office had closed even though the office hours said it wasn't. I am seriously considering switching offices due to the fact that I do not want to deal with the front staff. It is truly unbelievable.

i love my dr...but the staff at the desk is rude and very unprofessional. The only reason i continue to go is because Dr. Zuniga is great. She's professional and makes you feel extremely comfortable. But seriously they need to get rid of their desk staff and hire friendlier people. Out with the old and in with the new...it would bring them more customers, thats for sure.

First off the office opened at 9:30am but they didn't answer the phone until after 10am. I called to make a appointment for the first time and spoke to June. As I was telling my situation she told me that I'm better off calling my primary doctor or going to a walk-in clinic! I told her that i still wanted to make a appointment but she was hesitant to give me a appointment. To make matters worse she kept putting me on hold without telling me! When asked if I'd ever been there before I said no, then she laughed and she didn't put me on hold to tell someone else "she's never even been here before!" then she told me it would be a while before i can see a doctor. I have never in my life been treated so rudely and so unprofessionally!
