Does nothing. Absolutely nothing about your complaint. Very rude people , unprofessional and ignores calls/ complaints. It is now over a year and nothing has been done. Don't WASTE YOUR TIME. This place needs to be shut down. If you have a complaint don't go here and keep these people working!

Purchased a used vehicle the end of July, 2010 from Butler Chrysler Jeep Dodge on Route 23 in Butler. It is now the end of September and I still do not have the plates and title to the vehicle. I am on my third temporary registration. I get little in the way of an explanation and they are beginning to not respond to my phone calls. The credit union I used for financing the purchase is calling me and them to obtain the title. Neither of us is getting anywhere. I believe they sold me a vehicle they did not own. While our initial sales experience was very pleasant and non-pressured, I feel they were not honest in selling a vehicle they did not fully own. I went to this dealership on the advice of a friend and felt they were a reputable place to make a purchase only to find out they are not what they represent themselves to be. I would recommend that if you purchase a used vehicle from any dealership you check to see if they have the title under their name especially Butler Chrysler.
