Consulate of Vietnam

VERY RESPONSIVE, HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY!!! I called all 3 offices ( Washing DC, Houston and New York) in order to have information for passport application. The Consulate in NY was the only place answering my call. I ended up having to send my application to the Houston office since I live in Texas. But 3 months have passed and I never heard from them. I called the Houston office so many times during the week but the call always went to voicemail. My last option is to call the NY office hoping someone would be able to tell me what was going on. The gentleman was able to make an internal call with his counterpart at Houston office and got the status of my application. Very helpful and responsible. Thank you so much for your service!!!

I was at China trying to get my Visa and spent 3.5 hrs there to only get rejected

The lady at the window is so nice and the service is fast if you can pick it up or wait. I never tried mailing as I work close so its always ready in a few days. thanks!

They are always available and always ready to assist in all ways to secure the safe transport of the deceased. Without a doubt, beyond competent and truly concerned with the performance of their duties and the needs of those that call upon them.
