this is the worst place where you walk out crying after finding the eternaly bored and unprofessional communist attitude, i am ashamed to have to deal with this institution and if this represents the image of Romania, a country that is already not seen too well then things will never move in the right direction. I wish they would drop their self centred atitudes and help people as they put their hopes up in their nations state institution. Better communicaion amd positive attitude goes a long way, if anyone cares to take note. Renewing your travel documents here is a big mistake and they will lie in your face and then turn it against you, novody takes responsability. Well done Governmental institution, you have let me down numerous times but things have to change!
