I've had the worst experience with these people. They have no sense of time and are so unprofessional. I order my passport back in December, the second week in December to be exact. I was told it would take 3-6 weeks for me to receive my passport. In the middle of January I called the receptionist told me to called back February 1st if I hadn't received it by January 31st. So I wait until around February 6th to cal, just so I can give them some time, when I called the receptionist said the council general wasn't in and if I would like forge to call me back. I told her I would rather the "council general" email me, she said ok and took my email and said I should receive an email later that day. Today is February 25, 2016, I have yet to see my passport or any email from them. The passport wasn't free, it was $205.00 so y'all should understand why this is pisses me off. I have a trip planned and now I have to cancel due to the unprofessionalism of these people.
