- Terrible #198948

I just had the most disturbing phone conversation- she was plain mean and literally rudely hung up on me. She was not trying to help at all and dodge the call. I just wonder if these people cannot attend to our inquiries, then what is the purpose of picking up the call. Jeez, bengalis.
