I went on a Thursday. Staff was friendly, service was fast. I went to get my passport and update several documents. Everything was done on the same day. I left happily with my passport.

Zero customer service skill, they should be ashamed to call themselves Brazilian. I called twice to get the document list needed for my Brazilian spouse to get her marriage registered in Brazil. The person who answered only gave that the long form marriage certificate was needed, however multiple documents and a USPS money order . As the spouse I needed to provide a form NOT found online that needed to be notarized certifying that I was single before marriage, along with birth certificate, copy of birth certificate, passport and copy of passport.
When we go there the person was beyond rude, answering most questions with you should of checked the web site. The web site had been down for 3 days.
zero customer service, I expected way more, the UPPS and DMW at least provide a resolution to the issue.
