Congress Pharmacy

Came here 4 times over a month, waiting 40 to 50 minutes each time, only to be told that its not in stock, that they'll order it. Voted worst pharmacy in the world. Avoid this place like the plague.

This is the WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!! Most of the staff are unprofessional, with the exception of two ladies who are always great. Whenever you drop a prescription off here, expect to wait at least a DAY to receive it. If you drop it off when they open, it is not available until the evening. If you drop it early in the afternoon, it still isn't available. Most times when they are closing up, people are still inside waiting for them to start on their medication.
If you are a pharmacist you should have a ready inventory off what you have available. Most times they don't have a medication or the supplies that go with it like measuring cups or eye droppers available!!! I always think the best thing to do would be to call the patient and let them know. Instead they wait until you return and then say, "we don't have it." Another friendly suggestion is to say when it is available, or if you no longer carry that brand call the patients doctor.
We the neighborhood depend on you to show overwhelming care and concern for us. May we get that please?

I love the picture below the map, I don't see a soul out there, is the
neighborhood safe? Not nearly as much traffic as on 43/Lex or even
on York Ave on the Upper Eastside. I just guess it helps to own the
building, mortgage free for only about $200K.
But, you have to admit it's a fun place to steal!
Hopefullly, you'll never make a century
