Had a great experience. Had a facial and manicure special which I purchased thru Groupon. Maria (Polish) did my facial and it felt fantastic, I almost fell asleep, lol
She was knowledgeable and informed me of everything she was doing. My manicure was done by Valentina and she did a great job also! Would definitely go back!

If I could give this 0 stars, I would! Service and product was absolutely terrible. I paid a few extra bucks for the gel Shellac manicure that’s supposed to last AT LEAST 2 weeks – that’s definitely not the case. DO NOT purchase this deal or visit this salon.
1 – I waited 45 minutes for someone to do my nails, even though there was NO ONE else waiting to get their nails done. The lady who helped me, went to service another customer for another product… hence why she was 45 minutes late to my appointment. My appointment was at 2pm, no one attended to me until 2:45pm.
2 – Because they were so late, my lady completely RUSHED my nails, did a terrible job.
3 – My nails chipped after 3 days!! 3 days – I could have done with a regular manicure.
I will not visit this salon again or buy this deal. To be honest, I’d like to get my money back, because this is completely unacceptable!!

I have been here on several occasions and always had a great experience. I first found them on Groupon for a mani-pedi and have been going there ever since. My last visit I was getting ready for my best friends wedding and had been neglecting my beauty needs for a little while. I had the full work up, mani-pedi, brow and lip wax, and hair cut, color, and style. Regina did the mani-pedi and wax and she was excellent. The wax was practically painless and like I said I had grown in quite a bit. The mani-pedi was very relaxing. I always have trouble deciding on a color and Regina was very helpful and patient in trying a few different ones until I found the one I liked. She was pleasant and worked efficiently and thoroughly.

Jeton was the stylist that cut, colored, and styled my hair. Again I am indecisive and needed a bit of advice on which way to go and he was very patient and helpful. I decided to make a bit of a drastic change and get bangs and although I was nervous, it came out fabulous. The color he suggested worked perfectly and really did bring out my features. The style was an up-do and it stayed firm throughout the night.

The ambiance is upbeat and cheerful and they have screens with trivia to keep your mind occupied when you cant use your phone. Overall I had a really pleasant experience spending several hours there. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. I would definitely recommend.
