This clubhouse provides mediocre service at best and is understaffed. The psychotherapeutic groups are dull at best and you will spend most of your time socializing with other clients.
The social work provided goes from good to terrible, depending on which social worker you are assigned to. The environment of the clubhouse itself is seemingly tame, but dangerous patients are sometimes admitted and the staff deny any threat until it manifests itself in an episode.
Also, as a note... If you are a Russian-speaker, it is worth a try. Otherwise, don't bother.
