Concerto Garage

I use this parking lot 1-2 times a month. I usually do not have a problem. The last time I used this parking lot I was charged $19.00 for an hour and a half. The attendant told me that the prices went up. Even though the rates are displayed on the wall, which indicate $10.67 for an hour, $ 14.95 for up to two hours, and $19.08 for up to 10 hours. I have used all of these rates and was charged correctly in the past. Be careful, if you use this garage, ask the price before hand, take a picture of your ticket for proof of time and date, and ask for a receipt. I am filing a complaint with the city. Some of their employees are very nice and others can not be trusted!!

They scratched the paint off the fender of my BRAND NEW MERCEDES C300 and tried to say it was already damaged this happened on Monday and they said to come back today to see the manager. They refused to give me the garage owners number or contact information. I am filing a complaint with the city today.

We park here every Saturday and the staff is very pleasant. We are usually parked for 8-10 hours at a time. We have NEVER had a problem with the staff or our vehicle and highly recommend this garage. The fact it is very busy with many locals is a sigh it is a good place to park. During the week it is used by hospital staff and on weekends they are there as well. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE NEGATIVE COMMENT.

TOTAL RIPOFF garage. parked there for an hour and they locked the tires of my car, made me pay $66 to get it out. I filed a complaint with the city. DO NOT park here no matter what you do!
