Concerned Dental Care of the Bronx

i went here for mainly because this is on of the few dentists that has a prostdontist who works a a general dentist Dr. Evan Schwartz.I felt sure I would get some badly needed partials.I did not know I entered the gates of hell.First few months were okay and eventually Dr. Schwartz made a lower partial. But the upper one stalled. Then a bridge fell out and I was down now 8 teeth missing on top. I asked Dr. Schwartz to replace the bridge he said he couldnt. He offered no other solution and I began to eat less and a very soft food diet. Two teeth in the crown were extracted and he wanted me to extract another tooth in front. This was clearly putting a strain on all remaining teeth. If he couldnt offer the partial t thsi point he should have told me to go somewhere and get immediate denture like where they have a lab. He made a gross mistake. Then a month or two later I had pain and needed a rot canal in a lower tooth. I asked him to expedite the upper partial and he shouted at me I dont do as he says to go elsewhere this when I was having so much pain due to root canal. completely unprofessional. then he says he longer wants me as a patient. never have I heard a Dr say this. In fact Dr refusing services when someone needs health care constitute misconduct. I turned to Steven Wolf the regional manager. This guy is so useless he cant even manage himself let alone a region. He knows nothing about dentistry, the patients or anything just sits with reception and is the new gossip girl. He made an appt with a senior dentitst never telling her what happened . Then she insists I be seen byDr Schwartz and to go back to hi,m. I informed Wolf and he shouted at me and even cancelled the much needed extraction appt refusing all services to my dire toothless and deterioratingcondition needs of help. Dr Fensterstock is a coward hiding in the shadow never to deal with this unsupervised horror of a place. There is noone taking charge and sooner or later patients like myself suffer from the lack of supervison. Steven Wolf has no qualification knowledge or education to manage a dental office and there is no one there not even Dr Fensterstock whoever or whatever he is. I hold him liable though its his business. Never go here as you wil be disrespected harmed and receive unethical treatment. I am worse off for going there having my dental condition deteriorate further due to Dr Schwartz lack of care and all my time wasted.

Friendly staff, experienced and informed dentists who make you feel like people, not a number on a chart. I will return...

All around great staff, I always feel comfortable there... The Girls in the front are cool too!! All smiles!!

All of the office staff is wonderful and helpful at every visit of mine. The wait was not long. I am happy with my visit.

I had a terrible unexpected pain in my jaw last week. The pain was so strong that I could not eat and work well. I called this office and they were able to find me an emergency access appointment right away. I am so thankful that they were able to help me out! Thanks!
