Concentra Urgent Care

If you want to feel far worse before you feel better, this is the place. Other than the doctor, the staff was a disaster. I arrived at 1:15pm, didn't get out of reception until 2:15pm, waited in the tiny, airless exam room for the doctor until 3:30pm, and sat staring at the wall in the exit lobby waiting for a prescription until 4pm. While in the exam room, they forgot I was there, and I had to go back out to ask the reception desk what was going on. Total - 2 hours and 45 minutes to confirm a sinus infection. I only was handed the prescription slip because I finally asked the exit desk lady, "Am I waiting here for a reason?" Never again.

Worst one I have been to concentra should shut it down bad customer service drs are rude

This place was very unprofessional I had to wait three and a half hours just for them to do a physical and blood work in the middle of this I had to leave cuz I have to pick up my son I got there at 2 o'clock I left at 5:30 and they still were not finished I had to come back the next day and wait another 2 hours if you can please do not use this place

Terrible!! Staff is unpleasant and you wait hours to see a doctor and then when he comes into the room he doesn't let you speak couldn't even ask a question. it seems like they deal with illegal immigrants cuz they don't honor anyone's rights, as if we didn't have any. I am going to complain to my company so they can look to do business elsewhere. I wouldn't come back to this urgent care center if it was the only one in the world. The worst!!!!! I've gotten better service at the Vet!!!

The facility opened at 7:00 a.m. and I was there at opening. There were only 2 patients ahead of me and I was not called back for my turn until 8:15 a.m. - and then once I was in the room had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the doctor to even come in the room. The doctor wanted a chest x-ray but the radiology tech was so rude that I asked to be brought back to my room because her lack of professionalism and basic people skills were painful. I only had a cough for 1 day so I knew a chest x-ray was not warranted to begin with. At the end of the visit (only took 10 minutes once the doctor assessed me) I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my DISCHARGE paperwork. If I didn't need the work excuse I would not have wasted so much of my morning at this unprofessional facility. Will not ever go back!!!
