Computer Phone Repair

ATTENTION EVERYONE!!!!!! We know these people personally and they are criminals.WE have have numerous terrible experiences and our friends have had terrible occurrences too. To name a few, One of our friends went for an expensive screen protector, promised it was on her phone, dropped the phone and there was no protector at all in place. SCAM. Another friend had problems with his phone, took it here and had problems after the "fix" turns out there were missing parts in his phone after going here. SCAM. This man openly confessed to another person we know that he scams people. THIS PLACE IS BULLSHIT. Totally illegal and a waste of space. If you want to loose your money and be frustrated because you cant even report this place to the cops due to lack of proof of their actions then be my guest but we are trying to shut this guy down.WE HAVE HAD ENOUGH

MY PHONE CAME BACK WITH MORE DAMAGE THAN IT HAD BEFORE I BROUGHT IT HERE AFTER PAYING OVER $300!!!!! My spen detector no longer works when that wasn't an issue and the speaker in my phone is damaged, everything sounds extremely distorted. I brought it back to see if these could be fixed and was yelled at, like I was over the phone multiple times while my phone was there being repaired.
My screen is still loose and it is obvious it wasn't repaired with care because I've brought it back because the screen fell out. Why is it still loose after bringing it there to have the repair repaired?
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I brought my phone with a cracked screen as the damage, they said it would take less than 24 and even put that on the receipt. I went down to the store the next day and they said they had to order parts for my phone and they would keep in contact and it would be a top priority. This was a complete lie because my sister and I had to call the store multiple times a day for the next 9 DAYS. Throughout these 9 days I was fed lies, everything from I have to go to our other locations to find parts, to we're just waiting for the glue to dry. I knew this was a lie because when I went in there to see if there was any progress being made I was told that they don't use glue to repair phones... so why was I told I needed to wait for the glue to dry?? I've never written a review for a service but I knew that I had to because of the complete disrespect I was treated with while dealing with this company, I felt belittled by the worker Mo and he kept blaming his personal problems on why the phone wasn't being repaired and why he was being so rude. Completely terrible experience DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE OR ANYTHING TO THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF ITS OTHER LOCATIONS!!!!
unfortunately after having my phone for less than a year, not even paying it off fully I have to replace because the damage done by this store.

Good service and reasonable pricing best place to fix you're phone or computer...

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING,
I REPEAT STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNK PLACE THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND THEY QUALITY OF SERVICE IS AWFUL!!!!!!!
THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU ANY WARRANTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

This place sucks balls. If your new to the business, customer service is key. Broken promises and inexperienced. I believe they just sell cellphones. I would not go back. That's what I get for giving a mom and pop shop a chance.
