I just moved here and thought to come in here and inquire about a keyboard. I walked in, 2 guys were sitting down with their backs towards me looking at the computer. I tried to ask my question and I was stopped immediately with a hand up without even a "hello". One guy finally asks me what I want as if Im bothering them and I ask about the keyboard. The guy tells me $10. I ask do they sell USED ones since its a computer REPAIR spot and they say "no" as if disgusted by the question. The one in charge was so rude, he was still facing the computer while giving the other fat dark guy answers.
Really, they wont stay in business long acting as if potential customers are bothering them. You want to support urban establishments but you cant with their poor customer service skills.
