Mike is patient, knowledgeable, fast, compliant and very patient. He is my go to person for my computer needs and you will do well by making him yours. He has helped me to be much more adept at using my computer, iPhone and iPad. He also is very good at troubleshooting my computer when I have had problems with it. He keeps notes of when he visits and is able to refer to what he has already done from his prior visits.
