Service was very fast and efficient. Can't complain at all. Called in with an issue and was able to get it resolved within a very short period of time.

I use Compu-Phone for my business (real estate) and they are highly knowledgeable and provide excellent (speedy!) customer service. I would strongly recommend them for any small business. Phone's aren't something you want to worry about and we don't have to here thanks to them.

Hi,
I've been using Compu - Phone for quite a while now. I'm am very pleased and impressed with the prompt, helpful and knowledgeable service!! we just purchased a full IP based PBX system and we have roughly 120 users. the job went seamlessly
I highly recommend Compu Phone for all of your communication needs.

Poor Service ! Company needs more IT Techs, No Bookkeeper, Owner is a NUT ! Made a request for a service, emailed as this guy named david told me to do and never got a tech out to me. Receptionist seems nice a friendly warm soft spoke voice, when i asked to speak to a manager i was transferred to a prick for an owner named abe with a scratchy voice, perhaps he needed some water for all the other customers he had to speak to because service is horrible. In the outcome nothing happened, will take my money somewhere else, too expensive anyway. All in all, don't trust david he doesn't make your service requests and don't speak to the owner he's ignorant !
