I recently took my car there for a small repair. I get the estimate and its for $750 bucks! After some hemming and hauing they come down to $620, still to high. so my Hubby says, he will do it himself. But because they didnt like his "attitude" they told me they charged him $100 diagnostic fee. I come to find out, the parts cost all of $200 and took 1/2 hour to take out and put back in. they were going to charge me 150% mark up on the parts PLUS 190 in labor. Now I understand making a profit and totally agree one should but seriously, 150% mark up PLUS labor...They will never see me again and I plan to tell EVERY person I know not to go there.
