Complete Physical Rehabilitation - Physical Therapy Jersey City, Elizabeth, NJ

I (and my knees and arm) thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Complete Physical Rehab in Jersey City. Dr. James and Humberto and the rest of the staff created such a warm and welcoming environment perfect for rehabilitation. They spent plenty of time thoughtfully answering my questions and explaining complex ideas simply. They had everything I needed for my rehab, including (and I didn't even know this existed) an anti-gravity treadmill (Alter-G). It's really impressive!

I started having some feet issues a week before my marathon. I came here 3 days before my race based on recommendation from a friend. Dr. James and his staff were kind enough to stay late to work with me. Quickly, Dr. James was able to figure out the source of the problem, and then come up with a short term (48-60 hrs) plan (to complete the race). Based on the few things we worked on, I was able to complete the marathon at a respectable time without aggravating the injury. Since then, I have been a regular for the past couple of months working on a more permanent fix.
Dr. James knows his stuff, and is guaranteed to get to the bottom of any issue, and get it resolved. His staff here are really nice and friendly, and really eager to help you. To top it off, the facilities has the AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill which helps work on the mechanics in a controlled way.

Was recommended this place from workers compensation for rehab. You never know what to expect. The first time walking in they make you feel like your home. Staff is friendly and eager to get you back on track. Appointments have been easy to schedule. If you need PT, this place is for you!!

I was looking for a place to quickly help me with an ankle issue that I'd been having recently, as I was trying to prep for an upcoming race. I'm so glad I found this clinic. Dr. James has surpassed any expectations that I had. He quickly zeroed in on my problem areas and helped me to understand how it all connected to my running style. I was kind of skeptical at first, because he wanted me to get on their anti-gravity treadmill on the first visit, and I was worried about the pain, but I was shocked at how I didn't feel any pain when I was on it. I was able to use their AlterG both during my rehab and also to keep up with my training.

Not only is my pain gone, but he also helped me be more efficient in planning for the race, gave me tips on both keeping myself fresh, and how to not re-injure myself. Just a wonderful staff & facility.
