Competitive Edge always has cutting edge workouts. Every workout is fun and different. I highly recommend it!!! Each trainer offers something different, and insightful

Began my training at CEA in 2010, and have been with them ever since. Diverse workouts, and training methods. Great atmosphere for people who are serious about improving and maintaining their workouts.

I started going to Competitive Edge back in 2008. The trainers are all top notch, and very good at what they do. Very friendly environment, everyone is always willing to help out if you have any questions. The new place in Port Washington is awesome! Highly recommend training here.

I've been going to Competitive Edge since when they first opened in Glen Cove and their new place in Port Washington, just past Roslyn is awesome!
If you want to learn boxing or do fitness kickboxing on Long Island, this is the spot. Their trainers are all expert professionals. They do private training as well as sport specific training. So whether you want to boost your speed and strength on the field, box, or just look good and feel great, CEA is the place to be.
Located on the north shore of Nassau County, just off 25-A Northern Blvd.
