A few weeks ago there was an open house 3 doors away from me. I told the agent on duty my house will be for sale and to come over to look at it. He never did, nor did he follow up - too lazy, I suppose.
Another realtor from Compass did get an offer on my house and even had some signed paperwork (probably forged). The inspector was supposed to come to my house but never did. Three appointments for the buyer to come back and look never happened. The realtor lied about trying to call me. She lied about her computer not working. She said she could not get in contact with the buyer because he is far out at sea, and after all he is an Admiral (he is a 30 something Asian man).
I asked her if she knew what an Admiral is. She looked at me dumbly and said "well his family said he is an Admiral". Yeah, and I am the Pope.
Totally unprofessional, totally unqualified.
Stay away. You will get burned.
