I have seen dietitians in the past, but I find the team at Compass Nutrition to be the kindest and most knowledgeable! Ever since I moved to NYC I have had to adjust and figure out how to live a healthy lifestyle. After one visit, I had a game plan that would set me up for success. They are non-judgemental and don't believe in restricting or fad diets. I recommend Compass Nutrition to anyone and everyone seeking a dietitian or nutritionist!

I recently met with the owner of Compass Nutrition after my incident with Nikita and I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome. I would recommend Compass Nutrition and she did cover all aspects of Nutrition, very patient and went into detail.
I would recommend Compass Nutrition and I hope that more people will go but just avoid Nikita. Thank You!
