I started using this place about 2 months ago.

So my work uniform was supposed to be ready at 12pm a few Thursdays ago. I get there at 5pm and it's not ready because they had problems with their machines or electricity(I couldn't really understand what the hell she was talking about). I tell her that I need the uniform for work the next day and she told me that it would be ready by 6:30pm but because I was in class then and she closed at 7pm, she told me to pick it up at the pizza place next door when I got out of class. I went in there at 8pm and there's no uniform, she forgot! I was late for work the next day because I had to wait for her to open

Today, I went there at 6:45pm and the place was closed. It says 7pm closing on the door. Luckily, I have a backup uniform for tomorrow morning.

This place is incredibly unreliable. Tee only thing going for it is that she does a good job on the clothes when she's actually there. Also, it's a $15 minimum for credit cards, which is less than the $20 standard at other dry cleaners around the area.
