Comfort Suites is a very good hotel it is always near a gas station or different fast food places which can provide food. Also they have free breakfast which actually tastes good!

So we booked the hotel for two nights and we booked a king sized bed. They put us in a room with a full size even though we already paid for the king. The room was very tidy but the bed was not very comfortable. The 'high speed internet' is absolute rubbish as well. I have better service just using my 4G. I was excited at first about the bath tub becauae at first glance it appeared very clean and it is a large tub with jets. I was going to take a bath BUT there was no tub stopper!!!! And the insides of the jets were completely covered in black mildew! Disgusted. The only good thing was that they had a microwave and mini fridge in the room so at least i had somewhere to put and heat up food but i would definitely not stay here again.

The room was nice, but I left my special down pillow in the room when I left. Within a few miles from there I realized it and immediately called the hotel to have housekeeping keep my pillow and we would make arrangements to have it shipped to me. They never called me to make arrangements. I called again and was told they would go check and call me right back, which they didn't. I thought they ought to be more efficient in this type of service.
