CR helped us in selling our house and in buying a new one. Both of those tasks proved fairly difficult for various reasons, but he stayed patient and informative the whole way through. Because he works for Comfort realty, there is no commission so there is no pushiness to buy buy buy! He was not only patient, but his knowledge of the market as well as construction was INVALUABLE as we moved through the process. He was also incredibly responsive to ALL of our questions and needs.
