Wouldn't allow restroom use without room reservation. The rooms were not in my name therefore they were unable to assist with a "public" restroom, nor would they allow me to use the employee facilities. Otherwise the rooms were very nice and proximity to NY, NY, was awesome!

Rooms were clean, location was super convenient to Fairview. Free breakfast was middling, but the price was right.

I hesitated to book here at first due to some negative reviews.
This place is even better than 3 star hotels. Clean, affordable and family friendly. There is a back yard where kids can play and have fun. Also it gives you the opportunity to enjoy the spectacular views of Manhattan. Lots of space to walk on foot by the water and the surrounding shops.
I used to pay more than what I'm paying here at 3 stars hotels that give me the feeling of being locked in a cell, while here I pay less for better.

This place was great the front desk lady's (Joyce) was very kind and helpful. The rooms was very nice and clean big enough to move around in. The deck on back was great to set on a listen to the water and watch the other side. Now if your going to visit New York city I would advise you to take lots of $$$ and if u take the bus. Make sure to know where your stop is as the driver are very rude to the rides we had to walk back three miles due to the driver not stopping when we hit the stop but.
