Pretty nice little hotel, and I do mean little. Pros: most everything was new, amenities were nice, location was good, night manager was nice. Cons: room was quite small, parking is limited (although it wasn't an issue), no back entrance, no outdoor seating (they could always block it off to keep away bums). Overall, not a bad hotel at all. I'd say a solid B.

Not a great experience here. They tried to double charge us for our room. Also we requested for them to arrange a cab for us in the morning (it was for a very important interview), and he let go of the ball. ;(

Left $200 in a bag in my room. Came back to the money being stolen. Spoke to the manager & he told me tough luck. No safe's in the rooms by design, the enter your room once you leave the premises.

Not bad. Not great. Small rooms, but it's in the NYC area, it's expected. Parking is terrible, but again you're in the NYC area. The WiFi is spotty at best, but it's a hotel and expected. Breakfast is ok, nothing grand. Eggs could be warmer, but there is a microwave, problem solved.
No issues with the staff. Helpful when needed, but I travel regularly so I have a pretty set routine when traveling and assistance is rarely needed for me.

Had used towel and soap on check-in (seemed otherwise clean). Put DND sign so they wouldn't clean, had note saying that they didn't because of the sign, yet I had new towels, etc. Room keys (for both rooms) had to be replaced because they stopped working. The breakfast area was mediocre and void of many of their items which they eventually replaced ... and waffle maker was broken. And as others have mentioned: tiny rooms and sparse parking.
