Had a pleasant experience with a Rep at this location by the name of Lourdes today. She made several suggestions and recommendations to my situation to actually save some money. Thank you very very much!!

COMCAST IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!! If there was negative 5 stars, that still wouldn't be a bad enough rating to adequately describe Comcast! They're horrible - plain and simple. They charge you a ridiculous amount of money for basic crap service and then have the audacity to raise the price annually & force you to pay the increase and give you stupid channels you don't want.

i was directed here to swap my business class modem. only problem is they do not deal with business class customers.... good parking.

worst service have to WAIT 4 days for sevvice for a high priced company and all the hyp they just dont care but they won't wait 4 days for there check. so much customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
