Best customer service I have ever experienced. I spoke with Deven and Joel on two separate occasions. Both agents were absolutely wonderful. They did everything they could to explain things to me and gave me more than enough equipment. Then, both days I had an issue with one of the boxes and I had to call the customer service line. These agents were just as amazing! Stayed on the phone with me for almost an hour troubleshooting. Wonderful customer service Comcast! Keep it up.

If i were able to give 0 I would. By far the worst company in USA. From the bottom of my heart stay away from them. Choose FIOS or cable. much batter service. Comcast nothing but liers. They will give you broken equipment and charge you for things you never ask.

Very close to home. Don't have to mail my bill. They have a easy to use kiosk to pay your cable bill. Your in and out in less than 5 minutes. No long lines that
take forever.
