I have only had positive dealings with him. He has been honest, friendly & helpful. He let me bring my own materials in to fix my African Market Bag. He is creative - besides the bag & of course shoes, has fixed the zipper on a coat. I am so pleased to have him in the neighborhood.

Does not know how to treat his customers, does very good work however I think it got to his head so now he abuses the customers. He has only been the in area for a few years, boosted by the slowing pace of Thomas and other Respected neighborhood cobblers, and has become prematurely conceited. A swell head makes a shrunken pocket. Sorry Charlie: two thumbs down.
