Reviews to Columbia Orthopedics
Good service once you have your appointment, but getting them to answer the phone is a matter of luck, and the alternative on the website is also no bargain. The upside: this is New York, where stress on all systems is high. Columbia Presbyterian is actually the best of a stressed breed. Also remember that it's a training hospital, and that some of the rookie doctors will be training on you.

Ortho doctor on call when I went to the ER asked me about insurance before stating I needed surgery. I have never had a doctor ask me about that before. Made me not trust the care I was receiving. Further visits I found the office staff to be really friendly and professional. The doctor I saw, not so much. He just pushed surgery and now I'm left with a huge bill for basically putting a cast on and taking it off.

Horrible experience. Front staff is great, like receptionists. You're always seen by different resident doctors, it's hard to feel comfortable there and also they seem like they're practicing on their patients instead of helping them or giving them guidance.
