This people need to Improve they're costumer service skills, when ever any one gous there is mostly to waits time, don't get me wrong, there are times when they do take care of you, but those times are very few, there is lots of room for Improvement, there is this one guy, a machine operator, He is one of the guys that operates the empty handlers, this dude has the worst attitude I have ever seen towards the drivers, going as far as Bad mouth, cursing, and call them awful names, to dirty to even repeat, I mean this and other situations are creating friction between drivers and columbia container personal, Like I said before, there is lots of room for improvement but we all have to play our part,
